NFSTI has a Tiered Assistance System for our members. The way we keep our membership costs low is by reducing overhead. If you find that you are running into technical issues, membership issues, payment issues, or otherwise, our Tiered Assistance System will help get you a resolution as quickly as possible.
Tier 1 – Free and Basic Membership: Ticketing System – 48 hour response (M-F)
Tier 2 – Premium Membership: Secondary Status Ticketing System – 24 hour response (M-F)
Tier 3 - Expert Membership: Priority Status Ticketing System – Hourly response (M-F)
